Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions

• Item must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached
• Original invoice must be presented
• Intimate apparel, cosmetics and personalised items are non-returnable

3. We will arrange a pickup or provide a return address

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued via the original payment method, or as store credit for cash on delivery orders.
